Jeffrey Anspach joined the Warm Springs Ventures team in October, 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer.  He is a member of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe-Net Lake (Boise Forte) Reservation.Prior to coming to Warm Springs Ventures, Jeff worked for Glass & Associates, Inc. an international turnaround management consulting firm.  While employed with Glass & Associates, he acted as CFO on a number of occasions for companies in need of developing sound financial strategies in order to affect a well thought out restructuring plan.

Jeff has a wide range of experience assisting businesses through the reorganization process.  From public corporations with sales in excess of $10 billion to privately held companies with sales under $10 million, he helped them overcome operational and financial challenges such as bankruptcy proceedings, refinancing situations, implementation of cost reductions, or facilitating the sale of business segments.

Jeff is well known for his ability to take overly complex financial information and break it down to a level that is easy to manage and understand.  He has developed usable and flexible financial models that can be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Mr. Anspach is a Certified Public Accountant.  Mr. Anspach received his BS from Florida State University.
