Mission Statement

To foster community input, to develop, implement and evaluate health/wellness education, promotion and prevention services, activities and functions that address the health care needs of the Warm Springs Community.

Health Plan Strategy

To assist the Warm Springs membership in adopting healthy lifestyles; to select wisely and use health care resources, products and services; and influence policy and planning health care issues and large environmental matters that affect personal health.
